Direct forming tube mill

　　The direct forming tube mill is composed of main parts such as feeding device, discharging device, mill barrel, moving device (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electric control).

　　1. The feeding device of the direct forming tube mill is composed of a feeding chute and a feeding screw cylinder. The feeding chute is equipped with a lining plate, which prolongs the service life of the feeding device;

　　2. The end cover and the hollow shaft are divided into two parts and assembled together. The end cover is machined from high-quality carbon steel, and the hollow shaft is cast and formed, which can ensure its safe and reliable operation.

　　3. The hollow shaft journal at the feed end of the direct forming tube mill is provided with a reserved gap, which can reduce the error caused by the expansion and contraction of the temperature difference and the installation of the cylinder, and ensure the correct meshing of the gears;
