Third, quick roll change device
In order to reduce the roll change time when changing specifications, two methods are used to save time,
1. Another set of horizontal roller shaft system is prepared. When changing the rollers, only the horizontal shaft on the frame is lifted out, and the set of horizontal roller shafts can be installed for production.
2. The drive shaft quick release device, the drive shaft is quickly disconnected from the end of the horizontal shaft by moving the frame, saving time.
